Novelty Cakes from £35 (POA)
This is where traditional goes out of the window and brilliantly different comes in!
Novelty cakes make for a great centre piece at any occassion and will be talked about for months after...
Most novelty cakes will serve approximately 20 people so a ‘cutting’ cake may be required and can be decorated to match!
As most novelty cakes need to be carved and shaped then it is only possible to make themout of sponge (although a small cutting cake can be added in fruit cake if you wish)
Sponge Cakes can be any one of the following:
Madeira, Vanilla, Cherry, Coconut, Almond, Lemon Zest, Chocolate, Coffee, Fruit or Chocolate Chip
I endeavour to meet all dietary requirements.
All sponge cakes come with a preserve and butter cream filling of your choice:
Preserves: Raspberry, Strawberry, Blackcurrant, Apricot, Cherry or Lemon Curd
Butter cream: Plain, Lemon, Chocolate, Coffee or Almond
These cakes will be iced (fruit cakes will also have marzipan). They will be edged with ribbon and presented on an iced board, also edged with ribbon and will have basic decoration.Any extra decoration can be discussed and priced as needed.
My Luxury Chocolate Cake is rich, moist and extra chocolatey and will have a delicious rich chocolate filling.
