Wedding Cakes
Anyone can tell you that a person's wedding day is one of the most important days of their lives. My aim is to help make your day extra special by designing and creating a cake that reflects your taste and personalities and therefore giving you a unique centre-piece.
I understand having a budget is important and will always try and cater to yours.
I offer a variety of designs including traditional, floral, chocolate, funky or novelty.

Dummy Cake Layers
If your looking for the wow factor but don't want to have excess cake then you can always add extra height with these!
They are in effect a polystyrene 'cake' which is then iced and decorated just like the rest of your cake (your guests will never know)!
Pricing:
I don't add the typical 'Wedding Tax' onto any of my cakes and therefore I don't have a general price guide.
I find this keeps the costs lower for you and so I price all cakes individually, as someone wanting 3 tiers of sponge cake shouldn't be charged the same and someone wanting 3 tiers of fruit cake and often customers like to have a variety of fillings.
I offer free quotes and fully understand that ideas can change, so please feel free to contact me as much as you need to, it's what I'm here for!

A few things for you to think about:
How many people are you having to your wedding breakfast, including the bridal party?
Is the cake being served at the end or as a dessert? This will effect your portion sizes
What shape would you like?
What style suits you and your wedding the best?
Will your cake match your colour scheme?
What type of stand would you like? There is now a huge selection and I can help you with your choice.

Wedding cakes: Please remember that if you wish to keep the top tier for your anniversary or christening then do not include this when working out how many portions you will need.

We visited a number of bakerys/wedding cake shops when we started researching our wedding cake and didn't feel completely happy that we were getting exactly what we wanted or value for money.
We discovered Charlotte's website and were impressed with her designs and friendly manner. We contacted her with our initial ideas and Charlotte was very accomodating and helpful. She was able to completely match our final design and advised on the sizes of the tiers - and was spot on! She delivered our cake with no fuss to our very remote location and was friendly and discreet when setting it up. Charlotte also made beautiful cupcakes for the children which were a huge hit and looked amazing!
We were so happy with our cake, it tasted delicious - each different tier - and looked beautiful - all our guests commented on it!
